Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Zakharova said Ukrainian children in Europe are victims of sexual exploitation

In Europe, Ukrainian children are often victims of sexual exploitation. This was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Zakharova, on Sunday. The diplomat noted that minors regularly face issues of marginalization.

According to her, against the background of many problems facing children in the EU, the concern of Euro-Atlanticists about the fate of minors evacuated by the Russian Federation is cynical and hypocritical. For example, in Germany, juvenile services actively take in children from refugee families.

“The reason for removing a child may be, for example, that parents raise their voices,” said Maria Zakharova.

Recall that previously, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin and Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova. Moscow noted that the ICC decision for the Russian Federation has no legal significance. According to Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court is only following the orders of Western masters.

The Russian Federation’s Investigative Committee has already opened criminal proceedings against ICC prosecutor Karim Ahmad Khan. Moreover, his defendants were the judges of this organization – Tomoko Akane, Rosario Salvatore Aitala and Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godinez.
