Moscow: A working meeting between senior officials of Russia and South Africa discussed setting up a geopolitical forum of BRICS countries. This information was given by the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources on Monday. The ministry said in a statement, “Alexander Kozlov, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Russia, met with Moses Mabuza, Chief Executive Officer of the Geology Council of South Africa. The main topic of discussion was to establish a geological forum of BRICS member countries. According to the statement, this platform will enable BRICS countries to exchange data on their mineral reserves and extraction technologies as the demand for natural resources is increasing manifold.
