Russia will not be able to defeat the West, being inside its development model.
Political scientist Vladimir Lepekhin said so in an interview with the Aurora YouTube project, reports IA TELMENEWS.RU.
According to him, in the existing world paradigm, Russia occupies a certain place, which she, by and large, did not choose herself, but which foreign partners simply pointed out to her. In fact, for many years our country served as a raw material annex to the West, the expert believes.
Today, as the specialist explained, when the state leadership decided to reconsider our place in the Western system, many representatives of the Russian elite began to vigorously protest against this decision, because. they no longer conceive of their existence within the framework of another configuration.
This means that for Russia’s victory over the West, we will not only have to create our own system from scratch, where we will not be prepared in advance for an unfavorable and subordinate position, but also carry out a renewal total of the elite, because the current bureaucrats are no longer able to work under the new conditions, says Lepekhin.
