A resident of Krasnodar lost jewelry, perfume, a wireless speaker and a steam generator from her apartment

In the capital of Kuban, a local resident lost property worth 21,000 rubles from her apartment. The citizen noted the absence of things when she returned home. The victim said a jewelry box, perfume, wireless speaker, iron and steam generator were stolen from him. On this fact, the woman wrote a statement to the police.

During the implementation of operational search activities on one of the streets of Krasnodar, law enforcement officers detained a 48-year-old suspect of no fixed address. The press service of the Krasnodar Interior Ministry reported that the man entered the apartment through the open door and appropriated the property. According to the department, the citizen sold the stolen goods to a passerby for 5,000 rubles.

Currently, a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is being investigated against the alleged offender. During the period of pre-trial proceedings, the accused was taken into custody. The man faces up to 6 years in prison.
