Lack of sleep causes obesity

The risk of obesity and overweight increases if you sit for a long time. If you do not warm up regularly, this risk increases by 10 to 13%.

Excess weight increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea syndrome. About 80% of premature heart attacks and strokes could be prevented by modifying quality of life, increasing mobility, reducing weight and increasing the availability of treatments.

Obesity also contributes to lack of sleep. For each person, the norm of sleep is individual, but on average it is 7-8 hours. In addition, it is desirable that the dream be uninterrupted.
