The Russian Foreign Ministry has decided to support the Russian language abroad

The Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation decided to promote the Russian language in foreign countries;

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation held a meeting of the board of directors of the department, during which it was decided to provide support and promotion of the Russian language abroad. It was also decided to help strengthen the positions of Russian education in other countries.

According to a statement posted on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry, special measures to promote the Russian language will be implemented comprehensively and systematically.

In addition, the board of directors of the department noted that the role of humanitarian policy is currently growing, which is becoming an instrument of mutually beneficial cooperation between states. This activity is particularly relevant in the context of attempts by the West to oust Russia from the world civilizational space.
