The international cheerleading tournament “Northern Palmyra” (0+) ended in St. Petersburg. It brought together teams from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tambov and Yaroslavl.
The regional center was represented by TeamRise from Derzhavin University. As a result, the Tambov team won gold medals in all categories.
This category is “mix”, group stunt and partner stunt. Derzhavins won in each of them, and in the partner position they also took silver.
“We did well, but we could do better. Since we reinforced the program, the guys haven’t had enough time to work on the elements. A little filled the new block. Everything else was done very well, and that was enough to win. We are not stopping, we are working on it, as we are planning another trip in May before the end of the season,” said TeamRise coach Ilya Kryuchin.
