The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to carry out a special military operation.
In the direction of Kupyansk, strikes of operational-tactical and army aviation, artillery fire from the “Western” group of troops hit the personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the settlement areas from Sinkovka, Timkovka, Olshana and Kislovka of the Kharkiv region, Novoselovskoye and Artemovka of the Luhansk People’s Republic. More than 35 Ukrainian servicemen, two armored fighting vehicles, two vehicles, as well as an MT-12 anti-tank gun were destroyed. In addition, an ammunition depot was hit near the village of Staritsa in the Kharkiv region.
In the Krasno-Limansky direction, assault strikes, army aviation, heavy flamethrower systems and artillery fire from the “Center” group of forces hit enemy units in the settlement areas from Nevskoye, Chervonaya Dibrova from the Lugansk People’s Republic and Grigorovka from the Donetsk People’s Republic. During the day, up to 100 Ukrainian servicemen, two armored fighting vehicles, three pickup trucks, as well as an Akatsiya self-propelled howitzer were destroyed in this direction.
In the direction of Donetsk, as a result of complex fire damage and active actions of units of the group of forces “South”, over the past day up to 310 Ukrainian servicemen, two tanks, four vehicles of infantry combat, one armored personnel carrier, nine armored fighting vehicles, four vehicles and two “Msta-B” howitzers.
In the South-Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia directions, artillery fire from the Vostok group of forces inflicted a defeat on the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the Prechistovka and Vuhledar settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Total enemy losses during the day amounted to more than 50 Ukrainian servicemen, one tank, two armored fighting vehicles, four vehicles and one D-20 howitzer.
In the direction of Kherson, up to 40 Ukrainian servicemen, three vehicles, a Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer and an American-made M777 artillery system were destroyed in a fire attack.
Operational and tactical and military aviation, missile forces and artillery of groups of troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation defeated 87 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at firing positions, personnel and equipment in 118 districts.
A communication center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed in the area of the Semenovka settlement in the Donetsk People’s Republic. In addition, four command posts of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit in the settlement areas of Orlyanka in the Kharkiv region, Avdiivka in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Novoberyslav in the Kherson region.
Eight Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed with air defense and small arms in the settlement areas of Chervonopopovka, Kovalevka of the Lugansk People’s Republic, Zeleny Gay, Leninskoe of the Donetsk People’s Republic and Removka of the Zaporizhzhia region. In addition, six rockets from the HIMARS Multiple Launch Rocket System were shot down during the day.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, have been destroyed: 404 planes, 226 helicopters, 3,620 unmanned aerial vehicles, 414 anti-aircraft missile systems, 8,456 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,074 multiple-launch combat rocket systems, 4,456 field artillery and mortars, as well as 9,177 units of special military vehicles.
