Moscow currently has no contact with Washington on the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START). This was announced by the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov. His words are quoted by TASS.
“There is no contact under the Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty with the Americans,” the diplomat said.
Earlier, US President Joe Biden said Russia’s decision to suspend its participation in START-3 was a big mistake.
