Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The Safe Region system collected 14.5 million rubles in fines

The Safe Region intelligent video surveillance system was created to improve the safety of residents of the Moscow region. The system corrects violations in the field of ecology and improvement of the area. Cameras installed on building facades, access doors and container platforms transmit the recordings to specialized organizations.

“For the first quarter of 2023, thanks to the cameras of the Safe Region system, 862 fines were issued to organizations responsible for violations in the field of territory maintenance, and the total amount was 14,502,000 rubles. Most of the offenders were identified in the district of the city of Odintsovo – 68 cases. Enterprises in Krasnogorsk received 59 fines for non-normative maintenance of the territory, and in Serpukhov the cameras recorded 45 violations,” said Svetlana Aipova, head of the Main Directorate for Territorial Maintenance with the rank of minister.

The official noted that utilities have received a large number of fines for untimely clearing snow, ice from sidewalks, yard walkways, parking lots and playgrounds.

Minister Svetlana Aipova warned that today an administrative fine for violation threatens not only municipal organizations, but also private companies. If companies are unable, for one reason or another, to ensure the order of entry of groups and common areas under their jurisdiction, they will have to be sanctioned.
