In Smolensk, detectives found the theft of plastic windows and a metal door

Smolyanka, born in 1988, turned to the police with a statement about the theft of property.

An unknown person took out four double-glazed plastic windows, metal bars from the windows and a metal door from the reinstalled house. The total amount of material damage caused was about 38,000 rubles.

Following operational search activities, detectives identified the suspect. It turned out to be a previously convicted resident of Smolensk, born in 1967. He was arrested and taken to the police department to clarify the circumstances of the incident. During questioning, he explained that he had handed over the stolen goods to the metal collection point. The plastic windows have been seized and will be returned to their rightful owner.

A criminal case was opened under the article “Theft”. You can be deprived of liberty for up to five years.
