Today, the issue of security is acute for Armenia, said Alen Simonyan. The wars started by Azerbaijan were also aimed at the destruction of Armenian culture and history.
“Yerevan expects a targeted assessment of Baku’s illegal actions from international partners. The use of force cannot help create an atmosphere of peace and trust,” Simonyan said, as quoted by Sputnik Armenia.

Earlier it became known about the deteriorating situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Taguhi Tovmasyan, head of the Armenian parliamentary committee for the protection of human rights, sent urgent letters to international partners due to the dangerous accumulation of Azerbaijani armed forces and equipment near the borders of Armenia and of Nagorno-Karabakh.
