The availability of IT mortgages has increased in the Kaliningrad region

The government of the Kaliningrad region has reported the availability of preferential mortgages for IT workers. To date, according to Banque DOM.RF, the mortgage rate is accessible from 4.1%.

In the Kaliningrad region, 77 mortgage loans were issued for a total of 586 million rubles. The maximum loan amount cannot exceed 18 million rubles with a down payment of 15%.

Recently, the conditions for granting preferential loans have been simplified. So now the borrower’s average monthly income should be at least 70,000 rubles. This was reported on the website of the government of the Kaliningrad region.

Earlier, The Eastern Heraldin Kaliningrad reported that a resident of Svetlovo let friends live in his garage and lost 120,000. In Svetly, Kaliningrad region, police suspect two local residents of stealing property in someone else’s garage.
