An ex-official of the Ministry of Health of Tula asks to mitigate the type of punishment

The Tula Regional Court will consider the request of the former acting director of the state institution TO “Center for Technical and Operational Supervision of Buildings and Structures of Health Institutions” to mitigate the type of sentence. Apparently News from Tula he was sentenced in 2019 to five years in a strict regime colony with a fine of 925 thousand rubles for corruption.

The convict received 185,000 rubles for general patronage when concluding state contracts for the supply of goods to health institutions.
