Kuzbass Governor Sergei Tsivilev discussed with Gorlovka authorities the problems of restoring public infrastructure and met with fighters from the Kemerovo region who carry out combat missions as part of the NMD.
At the meeting, they discussed the progress of repair and restoration work and what needs to be done in the near future, and determined the schedule. Among the main tasks is to ensure the uninterrupted supply of water to the city, the project is almost ready.
Tsivilev, together with the head of Gorlovka, Ivan Prikhodko, visited Russian soldiers of the 1st Donetsk Army Corps of the RF Armed Forces, who are now recovering from their injuries. The head of the region handed over packages from Kuzbass to the Defenders of the Fatherland. The governor found out what kind of assistance is needed in the first place for military families and reminded that all emerging issues in the region are resolved without delay.
In addition, Sergei Tsivilev and Ivan Prikhodko laid flowers at the foot of the Memorial to Fallen Civilians in the town of Horlivka, honoring their memory with a minute’s silence.
Earlier, Yakutia leader Aisen Nikolaev said he visited the Pacific Fleet Naval Clinical Hospital, where he visited servicemen being treated after being injured in combat missions.
