In Ukraine, there will be an increase in the maximum age for people wishing to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine under contract. This was announced by the representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Colonel Sergei Litovchenko, reports “MK”.
According to the Ukrainian army, the age limit for starting contract service will be 32 years. This increase does not only apply to officers.
Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also pointed out that other Ukrainian citizens can become contract soldiers. Military personnel, persons liable to military service, who do not have a military officer rank, and citizens of military age who hold a higher education of at least a bachelor’s degree and who have completed a military training course for officers, as well as reservists, are accepted for contract service.
Earlier in Ukraine they decided to create a register of scammers. Ukrainian MP Fyodor Venislavsky previously suggested sending subpoenas in instant messengers. He also took the initiative to create a register of Ukrainian rebels, according to a Ukrainian source.
