Nebenzya: There can be no winners in a nuclear war

Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, told a meeting of the organization’s Security Council that there would be no winners in a nuclear war.
“Yes, we confirm that there can be no winners in a nuclear war,” Nebenzya stressed.
Earlier, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin said that transferring ammunition containing depleted uranium to the Kiev regime would lead to a global tragedy. According to him, the United States and its satellites are doing everything to turn the “war to the last Ukrainian” into “war to the last European. He also expressed concern about the possibility of the Ukrainian side using a dirty bomb or “using tactical nuclear weapons”. Nebenzya: There Can Be No Winners In A Nuclear War
