The Russian Ministry of Digital Transformation reported that the deactivation of the possibility of deleting an account on the Gosuslug portal is due to the increase in cases of hacking of users’ personal accounts.
“From now on, deleting an account is only possible when visiting the MFC,” the ministry said in a statement.
