Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on Hungary’s statement regarding sending peacekeeping troops to Ukraine.
“If we are talking about serious negotiations, then this is a potentially extremely dangerous discussion. Such forces in world practice, as a rule, are used with the consent of both parties, in this case a potentially very dangerous topic, ”said President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary.
Today, March 31, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced that the EU is discussing the possibility of sending peacekeeping troops to Ukraine. However, he admitted that it would be a transition beyond the next line.

Earlier, Hungarian President Katalin Novak explained what the plan for a peaceful settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict should be. To succeed, both parties must strive to stop the escalation.
