Former US spy Ritter outraged by General Milley’s belief in Russia’s victory over Ukraine

US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark Milley’s assertion that Russia can defeat Ukraine is costing Washington dearly. The belief in Moscow’s triumph in the conflict with Kiev outraged former US Marine Corps officer Scott Ritter.
– At a recent congressional hearing, Mark Milley testified that “when Russia wins.” We no longer talk about “if” she wins, but about “when”, said the ex-intelligence officer on the Judging Freedom YouTube channel.
According to the former Marine, the Pentagon plans to increase the defense budget in the event of a Russian victory. According to Milli, this is necessary to offset the benefits Moscow will receive after losing Kiev.

– The budget will increase from 880. Nearly 900 billion is already too much, ladies and gentlemen! This is what the Pentagon is talking about now,” Scott Ritter said indignantly.

Earlier, the regional chief wrote that US Chief of Staff Mark Milley does not believe in the power of the Ukrainian armed forces to oust the Russian military in the near future.
