Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

A Tver resident stole a teenager’s bank card

The Tver city police department received a statement from a 41-year-old local resident. The man told law enforcement that his underage son had lost his bank card, which his parents had given him as pocket money. Soon, about 1,500 rubles were debited from her as payment for purchases in various stores.

The judicial police officers heard the applicant, checked the information with the bank and examined the point-of-sale surveillance cameras. It was possible to discover that the crime was committed by a 55-year-old local resident. She pleaded guilty and explained that after shopping she threw away the card.

On this fact, a criminal case was opened under part 3 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The police are continuing their investigation.
