Poland’s deputy foreign minister complained about Russia’s failed isolation

Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Pavel Yablonsky complained in an interview with Polskie Radio 24 that the mechanisms developed by the international community to isolate Russia are not working properly.
“It’s not funny at all, because, unfortunately, it’s proof that Russia’s isolation mechanism is not working properly in international organizations,” the deputy minister said.
This is the reaction of the Polish Foreign Ministry to the Russian presidency of the UN Security Council, which began on April 1 and will last for a month. Warsaw will insist that Russia has no chance to influence other countries, Yablonsky said. He added: the Russian Federation as a whole must be withdrawn from participation both in the UN Security Council and in this entire organization.
Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said Russia’s presidency of the UN Security Council in April was a slap in the face for the international community.
