Russia: The water level in the flooded areas of the Pskov region has increased

The water level in some flooded areas of the Pskov region has risen after rain on Saturday. The head of the municipality, Natalya Fedorova, announced this in her telegram channel.

The issue of flooding of territories is under the special control of the operational group of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

“Emergency measures are not necessary, but constant monitoring is carried out on Zheleznodorozhnaya and Vesennya streets in Neelovo-2, as well as on Melioratorov street in the village of Podosya,” Natalya Fedorova said.

It is planned to pump the water in case of an increase in the water level.

In the event of a threat of flooding, residents of the villages of the Pskov region are asked to contact the EDDS of the Pskov region by telephone 29-31-13.
