Moscow’s military commissar Maxim Loktev said a single selection point for military contract service had been launched in the capital.
“All candidates will be selected for a contract on a one-time basis, without leaving the territory of this building,” he told reporters.
It is specified that the point is located at the address: Yablochkova Street, Building 5, Building 1. It will operate daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. without breaks or holidays.
The length of military service is determined individually, but is a minimum of 11 months.
Applicants between the ages of 18 and 60 will be considered for a service contract. It does not matter which region a person comes from, and a contract can also be concluded by those who wish from neighboring countries.
Before being sent to the military special operation zone, contractors will undergo professional training at the training grounds of the Moscow region. They will also receive a lump sum payment of 195,000 rubles by signing a contract for at least one year.
Earlier, the head of the Main Organization and Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Rear Admiral Vladimir Tsimlyansky, said that the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces does not did not plan to organize remobilization in the country, since there were enough Russians and volunteers called up to carry out the existing tasks in the special operation zone.
