In Kaluga, an 18-year-old boy opened fire

In Kaluga, an 18-year-old boy opened fire. It all started because of a quarrel, as a result of which the man was injured in the arm, reported Monday, April 3 the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior.

“According to the police, in one of the streets of the city between the defendant, an 18-year-old resident and the victim, there was a verbal conflict. The young man fired an air pistol into his opponent’s hand and fled. He then sold the gun to third parties,” the news service said.

On this fact, a criminal case was opened under part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentionally inflicts minor bodily harm committed with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons”. From now on, the young man risks up to 2 years in prison.
