Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Naryan-Mar Airport decided to increase labor productivity

Getting started – within the limits of the passenger’s entry to the terminal until boarding the aircraft

The Narian-Mar United Aviation Squadron has been a member of the national “Labour Productivity” project since 2023. A specialist from the Federal Competence Center (FCC) works with the team. The result of the work should be the development of the enterprise and an increase in profits, according to the portal of the state bodies of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The joint Naryan-Mar squadron has chosen the “Passenger and Baggage Handling” flow as the pilot flow within the limits from the passenger’s entry to the terminal to boarding the aircraft. In addition to the business leaders, the working group included the heads of structural units such as the passenger transport service, the aviation security service, the airfield service, the intra-airport communication service and the head of the coffee.

The total duration of the project is 3 years, of which the first three months, a representative of the ANO FCC works in the company approximately 80% of the working time, the following 3 months, when the company implements the implementation implementation of improvements, the expert will work in the company about 15-20% of working time. After 6 months, the squadron will begin independent work on replicating experience and knowledge.

It is assumed that participation in the national project “Labour Productivity” in a three-year perspective will allow the Naryan-Mar united aviation squadron to increase its annual profit by 15%.
