Who will be the 13th?.. a record number of dismissals of coaches in the English Premier League

The Premier League set a record for managers being sacked after Brendan Rodgers and Graham Potter were sacked from Leicester City and Chelsea respectively on Sunday.

The number of sacked coaches has now risen to 12, while the previous highest number was 10 in 4 separate seasons.

The following is a list of coaches who have left their positions in the English Premier League this season, according to Reuters:

Aug 30 – Scott Parker (Bournemouth) shortly after a 9-0 crushing defeat by Liverpool.

Sep 7 – Thomas Tuchel (Chelsea) the day after a 1-0 defeat by Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League.

October 2 – Bruno Lage (Wolverhampton Wanderers) loses his job as the team drop to 18th in the league.

Oct 20 – Steven Gerrard (Aston Villa) shortly after a 3-0 defeat by Fulham.

Nov 7 – Ralph Hasenhuttl (Southampton) after a run of 6 defeats in 9 games.

Jan 23 – Frank Lampard (Everton), with the team in the relegation zone.

February 6 – American Jesse Marsh (Leeds United) .. He spent a year in Elland Road before leaving.

Feb 12 – Nathan Jones (Southampton) after one win in three months in charge, succeeding Hasenhuttl.

March 17 – Patrick Vieira (Crystal Palace) after 12 matches without a win in the league.

March 26 – Antonio Conte (Tottenham Hotspur) after public criticism of his squad and the club, although Tottenham are in fourth place.

April 2 – Brendan Rodgers (Leicester City), a day after the team dropped into the relegation places.

April 2 – Graham Potter (Chelsea) after the team dropped to 11th place.
