The state of health of the Olympic champion in figure skating Roman Kostomarov after the operation is improving – a positive trend has been noted. The details were told by the father of the athlete Sergey Kostomarov.

Kostomarov fell ill with pneumonia in February 2023 and was hospitalized. During this time, his condition was repeatedly discussed. During treatment, the athlete encountered problems with blood circulation, he developed sepsis, lost part of his lower limb and several fingers on his hands. Now German doctors are helping the athlete, writes URA.RU.

Earlier it became known that the condition of figure skater Roman Kostomarov is still a concern for doctors. One thing is certain – the athlete will have a long rehabilitation. This was stated by a full member of the Professional Psychotherapeutic League, a body-oriented therapist Andrey Minchenkov.
