Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzia, at an informal meeting of the organization’s Security Council, said the Kiev regime was taking children away from families who refused to be evacuated to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
“In the territory controlled by the Kiev regime, crimes against children are recorded. Thus, a very common practice is to take the children of parents who refuse to evacuate from the area adjacent to hostilities, in anticipation of the arrival of Russian soldiers, whom they perceive as liberators,” Nebenzya said.
The day before, it became known that the Ukrainian army, together with the White Angel and Phoenix companies, forcibly took children from Artemovsk (Bakhmut), trying to force their parents to move to Ukraine.
