According to the regional prosecutor’s office, a woman from Murom approached the supervisory authority. She said the Murom administration has refused to recognize their family, where four children are raised, who need housing, which is provided as part of a social contract.
The family expected to receive land to build a house under the regional program.
But the mayor’s office explained everything by the fact that the family does not live in the district, but in the Murom region, where they are building a house at their own expense.
Prosecutors found that this house cannot be called a full-fledged living space, since it does not meet the requirements for residential buildings. And the family, meanwhile, is registered in Murom.
As a result, the prosecutor went to court, where he filed a complaint asking that the family be recognized as needy and his refusal to be recognized as illegal. Themis supported the prosecutor’s office.
