For illegal receipt of “Chernobyl” payments, a woman from Bryansk will be sentenced

In the city of Dyatkovo, prosecutors checked the legality of payments made to residents of the territories exposed to radiation due to the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. This was reported by the press service of the supervisory authority of the Bryansk region.

During monitoring, a case of illegal receipt of social payments was revealed. A 27-year-old woman with a child registered in the village of Lubokhna, which is a residential area with preferential socio-economic status, did not live at the address. In fact, she did not even move into the house where she was registered, but lived in Bryansk.

Thus, it turned out that the offender had illegally received more than 100,000 rubles. As a result, she became charged in a criminal case under the section on fraud in receipt of payments.
