Political scientist doubted Clinton’s sanity after comments on Ukraine nuclear weapons

Former US President Bill Clinton said he regretted helping convince Ukraine to renounce nuclear weapons. According to him, none of the Ukrainians “believes that Russia would pull off this trick if Kiev still had weapons of mass destruction”. Political scientist Sergei Markov, commenting on Clinton’s words, said the former US president had probably gone mad, reports the Public News Service.

“Obviously, a person in his old age has gone mad. Because only a madman can wish for a clash between two nuclear powers! – says the expert.

He pointed out that at one point Clinton really helped Ukraine surrender its nuclear weapons to Russia.

“However, over the past 20+ years, Washington itself has nurtured fascist forces inside Ukraine in order to then bring them to power. Imagine what a disaster could happen if a Nazi regime, like the one now ruling Kiev, had an atomic bomb,” the political scientist said.

According to him, Bill Clinton could have been helped to understand the absurdity of his remarks by “a month in the prison of the Azov battalion”*.

“And everything would fall into place in his head!” There he would have been tortured and castrated – like many others before him,” the expert said.
