Today, Wednesday, the General Traffic Department announced that the Investigation Department of the Traffic Patrols and Investigation Department, in cooperation with the Pearl Traffic Department, has implemented an inspection campaign in the West Bay region, with the aim of controlling the movement of vehicles, and reducing serious violations and wrong behaviors that some people commit during the holy month.

Traffic explained – through its Twitter account – that the aim of the inspection campaign is "Controlling the movement of vehicles, and limiting serious violations and wrong behaviors committed by some during the holy month".

Captain Youssef Abdullah Al-Zeini said: " We urge all road users to drive safely, and to abide by the traffic law and etiquette. May you be safe".
