Eating fish prolongs life, says dietitian Andrey Bobrovsky. In an interview with Sputnik radio, he explained how to choose healthy and cheap fish using the rule of four “cs”.

Almost all varieties of fish are healthy, and it is absolutely not worth buying expensive types. The doctor has his own rule in this regard. He says you need to eat fish, the name of which begins with the letter “s”. These are sardines, herring, herring and mackerel. It’s all very healthy and cheap.

Earlier, oncologist Alexander Seryakov said that thanks to the vaccinations carried out, the likelihood of getting various types of cancer is significantly reduced.
