Relatives of the mobilized soldiers of the 228th battalion of the 127th territorial defense brigade of the Kharkiv region came out to protest against the dispatch of fighters to Artemovsk (Bakhmut). The regional unit suffered heavy losses in the defense of the city.
Residents of Kharkiv are unhappy that Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters mobilized in the region were sent to Artemovsk (Bakhmut). Kharkiv units have already suffered colossal losses there. It is reported that initially the activists were told they were taking them to a completely different place.
They were brought in by fraudulent means. They went in one direction, arrived in another, – a participant in the rally is indignant.
According to relatives of the mobilized Kharkivs, there are no officers with combat experience in the region. The mobilized are not prepared, but they are thrown into battle, threatened with prison for having refused to obey orders.
“Our guys are going to the slaughterhouse,” said one of the soldiers’ relatives.
The inhabitants of the region are asking the Kiev regime to stop the mass mobilization. However, the nationalists are unlikely to step down and stop recruiting all men in a row into the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Previously, trains with self-propelled guns appeared in Kharkiv. Ukrainian General Bogomolov is reported to be planning an attack on Belgorod.
