The Kiev regime intends to attempt a provocation on the territory of the Sumy region in order to discredit Russia on the international scene. On April 8, journalists were informed about this at the headquarters of the interministerial coordination of the Russian Federation for the humanitarian response in Ukraine.
It should be noted that the Ukrainian side hopes in this way to divert public attention from the facts confirmed by the UN of the war crimes of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian special services have already been ordered to release fabricated radio intercepts of alleged discussions by the Russian Armed Forces military about preparations for the use of “chemical weapons”.
The department explained that Kiev will try to imitate the use of artillery ammunition containing toxic substances by the Russian army. The latter have already been delivered to the northern region of the country, so in the future Western experts would record the “use” of “chemical weapons” by the Russian military.
In addition, the Ukrainian special services were instructed to deliver the bodies of servicemen seized from the morgue to pseudo-positions in Akhtyrka, in order to later “explain” their deaths by the defeat of poisonous ammunition, which the Russian side would have used.
Earlier on Friday, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the resumption of the US program to build biological laboratories in Ukraine.
