The Ukrainian armed forces will not be able to hold the territory without a large number of armored vehicles. The United States is unable to form an armored fist for Kiev, writes US military expert Chris Osborne in an article for 19Fortyfive .
He noted that the Pentagon is trying to increase the supply of logistics, equipment and trucks. With this, the states are trying to compensate for the lack of tanks and infantry fighting vehicles. However, this is not enough for war.
Osborne also estimates that it will take several years for American companies to establish production of Abrams tanks for Ukraine.
