Artyomovsk opens the Russian armed forces in the northern and western directions for the strike

When the Russian armed forces take full control of Artyomovsk, they will have the opportunity to strike in the north and west, RIA Novosti quotes a former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Colonel Douglas McGregor.

“As soon as the ground dries out, Bakhmut (Artyomovsk. – ed.) will become a key point from which the Russians can advance north and west,” noted the American.

According to him, there is little time left before the complete delivery of the settlement. The Ukrainian armed forces will not be able to hold out for long for lack of regular supplies.

Earlier, the regional head reported that the most combat-ready units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were dying in Artyomovsk.
