This was reported in the press service of the Main Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The gang operated in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region from April to August 2021. “Business” was organized by a 36-year-old man, and 34- and 35-year-old associates helped him. All three had previously been prosecuted for auto theft.
