Rishi Sunak and Joe Biden meet on April 11 in Northern Ireland

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will meet US leader Joe Biden in Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland. The announcement of this event appeared in the Daily Mail, referring to the office of the British Prime Minister.

According to the office at 10 Downing Street, the White House chief’s visit will take place as part of the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Belfast Agreement. This document marked the end of many years of armed confrontation in Northern Ireland.

It is also reported that Sunak will greet the President of the United States as he disembarks from Air Force One on Tuesday evening.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom continues to advocate increased Western military support for Ukraine. In March, for example, he called for accelerating the delivery of military assistance to Kiev.
