Servicemen of the Yekaterinburg RF Armed Forces, participating in the SVO, were able to communicate with their relatives. A teleconference was used to meet the families, reports the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The teleconference was held so that military residents of Sverdlovsk could communicate with relatives located hundreds of kilometers away. During hostilities there is usually no time to communicate in social networks, but the fighters of the RF Armed Forces had such an opportunity. The soldiers told the families everything that had happened to them during their six months of military service. The families were happy to at least see the faces of their loved ones, the Defense Ministry said.

Earlier, Glavny Regionalny reported that a Wagner PMC fighter from Yekaterinburg died in an accident after returning from the NVO zone. The fatal incident happened on April 4 in Amundsen Street. A drunk Renault driver crashed into a truck at a red light.
