Russia: Violations were found in famous Kovrov pizzerias

According to the supervisory authority of the 33rd region, violations have been observed in all the pizzerias of the To-to network in the city of gunsmiths. The leaders of each institution “clashed” with the administration.

For example, in the cafe in the Kovrov shopping center, the refrigeration equipment did not have thermometers, and in the cold food shop they did not carry out bactericidal treatment with a special lamp.

In addition, not all employees passed the medical examination.

Restaurants on Griboyedov and Abelman streets also lacked thermometers in refrigerators, which could lead to food spoilage. Also, there were no marks on the cleaning equipment.

There were “jambs” in Vatutina’s cafe. But despite this, salmonellosis was not found anywhere else.

Recall that the massive poisoning of visitors to a pizzeria in Kovrov led to the opening of a criminal case.
