In the village of Lopatino, Penza region, a man damaged someone else’s property with his fists, because the owner of the property did not want to fight him.

The evening of January 1 for the 36-year-old resident ended quite unexpectedly.

He was drunk with his wife on her way home. Along the way, he met a man with whom the attacker wanted to fight. But to his great misfortune, the man turned out to be peaceful and did not react to aggressive attacks, but simply went to his house.

But the man’s fighting mood did not go away, so he started kicking with his feet and hands on the fence of the man who had entered inside.

With his actions, he damaged the metal fence, the gate and the masonry. The total amount of damage caused was estimated at 66,000 rubles, as well as the work of the master.

The man admitted his guilt.

The criminal case will be heard by a justice of the peace.
