Juvenile delinquency and its prevention was the subject of a meeting of the specialized commission under the leadership of the Dnovsky district. 7 protocols were reviewed during the meeting.
“Unfortunately, all the prevention structures note a harmful trend: adolescents smoke a lot and often use vapes, moreover, often even with the agreement of their parents”, laments Mikhail Sharukin.
The head of the municipality urged parents to talk with children about the health risks that electronic vaporizers can cause due to the harmful substances contained in the liquid to fill them.
At the same time, according to the telegram channel of the Health Committee of the Pskov region, 69% of people in Russia do not smoke at all and have never smoked before. And 11% of respondents said they had quit smoking. It is interesting to note that men in town smoke more often than in rural areas, and that on the contrary, there are more women who smoke in the countryside.
