In Melenki, loud music became a pretext for murder

In Melenki, the prosecutor handed over to the court a high-profile criminal case for grievous bodily harm, which resulted in the death of the victim. The accused is a local resident who could not deal with his emotions on New Year’s Eve.

On the eve of the main holiday of the year, the accused, together with his brother, celebrated the holiday in the house where their mother and stepfather also lived.

On the morning of January 1, the accused turned on the music. My stepfather didn’t like it. The man entered the room and asked to be quieter. At first a verbal skirmish began, then the defendant grabbed a knife and punched his stepfather in the stomach.

, and my father-in-law, having entered the room, asked to lower the volume. There was a quarrel between the men, during which the attacker took the kitchen. The man died of peritonitis in Murom city hospital two weeks later.

At first the accused confessed everything, but, fearing responsibility for the death of his stepfather, he began to tell a different story. For example, the stepfather was the first to fight. The assailant began to refer to a broken rib as evidence. Although, in fact, he was injured after falling down the stairs while drunk the day before.

The Melenkovsky District Court will determine the sentence for a fan of listening to music and falsifying facts.
