Roskomnadzor said there was no reason to remove the Twitter block

Roskomnadzor reported that there are no grounds for withdrawal from the Twitter social network. According to the agency, the resource did not remove 1.3 thousand prohibited materials.

“The spread of other destructive content that contradicts traditional Russian spiritual and moral values continues on the social network,” Roskomnadzor’s press service told TASS.

In addition, the department noted that Russians are not deprived of information provided by popular national social services.

Previously, the American microblogging service Twitter, owned by American billionaire Elon Musk, changed its logo. The blue bird has been replaced with an image of the dog Doge from a famous internet meme.

Roskomnadzor’s post said there was no reason to remove the block from Twitter for the first time on current articles.
