The commission of inquiry reacted to the flight of the ex-mayor to the NVO zone

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory commented on the information about the likely whereabouts of ex-Bolshoi Mayor Kamen Rustyam Abushaev in the special operation zone, TELMENEWS reports. UK

In the chat of the telegram channel of the ex-head of the city, who disappeared after the opening of a criminal case, a photo of Abushaev appeared with a bathing fighter calling himself “Pedagogue”. Rumors that the ex-mayor had fled to atone for his sins in the Special Operation Zone surfaced immediately after his disappearance. However, will the motherland allow to atone for their sins, because the atonement mechanism for the convicted has already been created, but not for the suspects.

As reported to DEITA.RU in the investigative department, the photo and published information does not change anything.

“The investigating authorities, as part of the investigation of the criminal case, have put the person on the wanted list,” investigators told the agency.

Meanwhile, a precedent has already been set in Russia with the abolition of arrest due to special circumstances such as the defense of the fatherland, according to FederalPress.

So, the publication cites the story of manager Oleksandr Daguts, who decided to go to the SVO zone, already being under house arrest, about which he informed the court in writing from the special operation zone.

Daguts was put on the wanted list and, at the request of the prosecution, was arrested in absentia. However, the lawyer provided a reference from the commander and also said that his client had received a reward for the liberation of the settlements and asked not to consider this as an escape and to suspend the trial due to the impossibility for the accused to participate. Accordingly, the court accepted and reversed the decision to search and arrest.
