The juice cleanses the body, improves digestion, improves immunity and strengthens the nervous system. It is also used to treat anemia, coughs, colds and even to relieve fatigue.

To kill bacteria and other microorganisms that may be in raw juice, it must be boiled. In addition, boiling helps preserve the freshness and taste of the drink for longer.
To prepare birch sap, you need:
- Purify birch sap from impurities (leaves, branches, etc.).
- Boil the juice for 15-20 minutes to kill bacteria.
- Add sugar to taste (usually 150-200 grams of sugar is added to 1 liter of juice) and stir until completely dissolved.
- Chill and enjoy fresh birch sap.
You can also add lemon juice or honey for more flavor. Birch sap can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, after which it begins to spoil quickly.
