Al-Muhannadi said, in an exclusive statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), that the current season was marked by the large participation of horse owners from inside and outside Qatar in the races organized by the club, which in the current season increased the value of the financial prizes allocated to the winners of the owners, trainers and riders in the races held. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Racing and Equestrian Club indicated that after the end of the current season, he will announce the program for the next season for the owners in order to prepare well for the next season so that the next season’s races will be more exciting among the participants in the various races, as they are required to take care of owning the best horse breeds and contribute to the club. Concluding his statement to QNA, Al-Mohannadi explained that the club is preparing to organize the Sword Festival of His Highness Emir Al-Moufdi, which is the most important and largest event in the Racing and Equestrian Club every season, stressing that the festival this year will be different from the previous editions.
