Fierce forest fire in South Korea, one hundred houses burnt to ashes

Sol: Nearly 100 homes were gutted in a wildfire fanned by strong winds in the South Korean coastal city of Gangneung, and hundreds of people and tourists were evacuated. The hailstorm in Gangneung’s Nangok-dong district at around 08:30 a.m. after the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) warned of strong winds and dry weather, Yonhap news agency reported on Tuesday. A fire broke out in the forest.
